2. Website access and hosting
This website is hosted on Google Cloud App Engine. Technical request data, including IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp, may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. We process this information for our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact and career requests
When you submit a contact or career form, we process the information you provide to evaluate and respond to your request. Technical inquiries use aircraft, mission and project context. Career applications use your contact details, relevant experience and optional motivation. Unsent form text is kept in the current tab's memory when you navigate to another page on this website, so that reading this policy does not discard your draft. It is not saved to browser local storage.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use contact details and project information to answer inquiries and take steps towards a potential contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or for our legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Application information is used to assess a potential employment relationship under §26(1) BDSG. Fields marked required are needed to handle the relevant request; other fields are optional. You can also contact us by email. We do not use these forms to subscribe you to marketing.
5. Email delivery and international transfers
Our website server validates form submissions and passes them to EmailJS Pte. Ltd. for delivery through our email service. The website application does not write message contents to its own database or application logs. EmailJS processes data on infrastructure in the United States and describes its transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy policy. Hosting and email providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
6. External links and video
Links to LinkedIn, Cal.com and YouTube open external services only when you choose them. Their privacy terms apply after you leave this website. We do not embed their players or booking tools. Video previews and images on this website are served by our hosting infrastructure.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking embeds.
8. Retention and recipients
Inquiry and application data is available to the team members handling the request and the providers needed for hosting and delivery. Retention depends on the purpose: an active inquiry or recruitment process, a resulting relationship, applicable record-keeping duties, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. When those purposes no longer apply, the data should be deleted. Please contact us to request deletion or information about the retention applicable to your correspondence.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make automated decisions about inquiries or applications.
